摘要
目的给予急性心肌梗死患者早期应用Rho激酶抑制剂,测查其血清炎症因子IL-6,TNF-a,NO的变化情况,并以此为依据,观察Rho激酶抑制剂临床治疗效果.方法选择同期收治的未接受冠脉介入治疗的急性心肌梗死患者50例.随机分为治疗组和常规组,各25例.两组均给予硝酸甘油、硫酸氢氯吡格雷、辛伐他丁等常规治疗.治疗组在常规治疗的基础上静脉滴注盐酸法舒地尔30 mg,2次/d,10 d为1个疗程,观察患者血清炎症因子IL-6,TNF-a,NO浓度变化.结果加用法舒地尔的治疗组患者血清炎症因子IL-6,TNF-a浓度下降,NO浓度增高,均比常规组明显,且患者心功能检测治疗组改善更明显.结论 Rho激酶抑制剂治疗急性心肌梗死能够更有效地保护心肌细胞,降低炎症因子对心肌细胞的损伤,对改善患者心功能有显著效果.
Objective To examine changes in serum inflammatory factors, such as IL-6,TNF-a and NO after the administration of Rho kinase inhibitor to patients with acute myocardial infarction at the early stage, and observe its therapeutic effect based on the changes of those serum inflammatory factors. Method 50 cases of acute myocardial infarction received and treated in the same period, and without having been given percutaneous coronary intervention were selected. They were divided randomly into treatment group and control group, and there were 25 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were given nitroglycerin, clopidogrel hydrogensulfate, simvastatin and other routine treatment. On the basis of the routine treatment, the patients in the treatment group were given intravenous infusion of 30 mg Fasudil Hydrochloride Injection ,2 times per day for 10 days which were taken as a treating course, and then, the changes in contents of the serum inflammatory factors including IL-6, TNF-a and NO of the patients were measured. Results IL-6 and TNF-a contents of patients in the treatment group, who had been given additional Fasudil Injection, declined significantly, but NO content elevatedsignificantly, compared with those of patients in the control group. Moreover, the cardiac functions in the treatment group were improved more significant than those in the control group. Conclusion Using Rho kinase inhibitors to treat the patients with acute myocardial infarction could protect their myocardial cells more effectively and relieve the myocardial cell injury induced by some inflammatory factors, Rho kinase inhibitors should produce a significant improvement on the patients' cardiac function.
