摘要
目的 观察强力抗炎灵治疗化脓性中耳炎的疗效。方法 对 38例化脓性中耳炎患者用强力抗炎灵治疗 ,疗程为10d ,另外 40例患者用 0 2 5 %氯霉素滴耳剂作为对照。结果 强力抗炎灵组有效率及细菌清除率分别为 97 4%和97 1% ,而氯霉素组有效率及细菌清除率分别为 5 0 %和 5 2 8% ,两组有显著差异。结论 强力抗炎灵对治疗化脓性中耳炎具有高效、安全、费用低廉等特点。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Qianglikangyanling pulvis in treatment of suppurative otitis media. Methods 38 cases of suppurative otitis media were treated with Qianglikangyanling pulvis. The course of treatment in 10 days. Compared with the control group (40 cases), by using 0.25% chloromycin otic solution. The course of treatment in 10 days. Results The rate of clinical efficiency was 97.4%, and the rate of bacteriological elimination was 97.1% in Qianglikangyanling group. The latter showed that clinical efficiency and elimination of bacteria was 50% and 52.8%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05). Conclusion It demonstrates that Qianglikangyanling is highly efficient, safe and low expense.
