摘要
目的:分析左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮钠治疗泌尿系感染的疗效。方法:180例泌尿系感染的患者,将其分成两组,其中A组采用左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮钠治疗,B组单纯采用左氧氟沙星治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、细菌清除率以及不良反应发生情况。结果:A组的痊愈率、总有效率和总细菌清除率高于B组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;、两组患者不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。结论:左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮钠治疗泌尿系感染疗效较单一用药好,细菌清除率高,不良反应少,可以在临床推广。
Objective： To analyze efficacy of levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sodium in the treatment of urinary tract infection.Methods： A total of 180 cases with urinary tract infection were selected and divided into two groups,group A were treated by levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sodium,Group B were treated with levofloxacin.The efficacy,bacterial clearance and incidence of side effect were observed and compared.Results： Cure rate,total effective rate and bacterial clearance in Group A was significantly higher than those of group B（P0.05）;but there was no significant difference in incidence of side effect（P0.05）.Conclusions： Levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sodium has more satisfactory effect than single administration in the treatment of urinary tract infections with advantages of higher bacterial clearance rate and fewer adverse reactions.
