摘要
对４０例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者用０．３％氧氟沙星滴耳剂治疗，疗程为１０天。有效率７５％，细菌清除率８５％；同时用０．２５％氯霉素滴耳剂作对照，其临床有效率和细菌清除率分别为４７．５％和５７．５％。两组有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。表明氧氟沙星滴耳剂对治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎具有高效、安全、实用等特点。
Forty cases of chronic suppurative otitis media were treated with 0.3% Oflorxacinotic solution.The course of treatment is ten days.The rate of clinical efficiency was 75%,and the rate of bacteriological elimination was 85%,Compared with the control group by using 0.25% chloromycin otic solution,the latter showed that clinical efficiency and elimination of bacteria was 47.5% and 57.5% respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).It demonstrates that Oflorxacin otic solution is highly efficient.safe,and practieal.
