摘要
用常规外周血淋巴细胞培养,火焰干燥制片,Giemsa 染色和胰酶 G 显带技术,对互助猪染色体进行研究,结果表明,互助猪染色体数目及形态为2n=14M+8SM+4ST+12T=38,NF=64;公猪核型为33,XY;母猪核型为38,XX。在 C 组第7、第1(?)染色体短臂近着丝粒区观察到次缢痕。并对 G-带带型进行了描述。
The Karyotype and G-banding Pettern of the Huzhu pig have heen stu-died by routine Giemsa staining and trypsin G-banding technique.Thediploid chromosome number is 38 in Qinghai Huzhu pig.The Kanyotype is2n=8sm+14m+4st+12t.NF=64.According to the arm ratio.the chromo-some pair N o.5 is placed in the M group.The G-banding pattern of eachchromosome has been deseribed,and they are similar to those of otherdomestic pigs.The secondary constriction has been observed on the centr-omere region of the chromosome No.7 and No.10.
