摘要
对青海省多巴镇猪场的12头野仔猪的4项血清钙指标进行了测定。结果表明:血清总钙,2.26±0.29 mmol/L;血清结合钙,1.71±0.15 mmol/L;血清游离钙,0.55±0.21 mmol/L;血清游离钙百分率,23.69%±6.89%。且公、母仔猪间4项钙指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。40日龄仔猪血清总钙、结合钙均显著高于60日龄仔猪(P<0.05)。
12 introduced wide-piglets of Douba town piggery in Qinghai province were used to determine 4 serum calcium indexes . The results showed that serum total calcium, serum bound calcium,serum free calcium and serum free calcium percent were 2.26±0.29 mmol/L,1.71±0.15 mmol/L,0. 55±0. 21 mmol/L,23.69±6. 89% respectively. There were not significant difference between 4 serum calcium indexes of male wide-piglets and those of female（P〉0.05）. Serum total calcium and serum bound calcium of 40 age in days wide-piglets were higher than those of 60 age in days （P〈0.05）.
