摘要
对不同拉伸法进行对比试验 ,获得数据用数理统计法进行分析 ,结果表明 :采用慢速拉伸法是一种最有效的练习手段 .
The contrast test is done among the different approaches in developing physical flexibility,the result indicates that slow stretching is the most effective.Furthermore,some other causes and results of the three approaches are discussed in terms of human physiology.
