摘要
本文首次从理论上探讨了X取样方法中的几何效应影响(实质是源样距变化影响),导出了理论方程。以此为基础,通过理论计算和实验验证,提出了克服几何效应影响的三项技术措施。实验证明,应用这些技术措施可取得令人满意的效果。
Geometry effect in X-ray sampling has been investigated theoretically for first time. A set of theoretical equations about geometry effect has been developed. With theoretical calculations an'd experiments , three technical steps based on results of theoretical investigation are proposed to correct geometry effect. Experiments have proved that these steps are satisfactory for correcting geometry effect.
