摘要
利用SDET - 90型膨化机 ,选择不同的水分、温度、压力、孔径等工艺参数对大豆的淀粉糊化度、脲酶活性、粗纤维、粗脂肪等成分经膨化后的变化进行试验 ,结果表明 :膨化机机镗温度控制在 (16 5± 5 )℃ ,压力在 0 .4MPa左右 ,水分在 17%左右 ,模孔直径 5mm时加工出的膨化大豆饲用价值较高。
An extruder model SDET-90, with different selected technical parameters of moisture content, working temperature, working pressure, die-hole diameter and so on, was adopted to test the changes of starch gelatinizatoin, urease activity as well as such compositions as crude fiber and crude fat etc in soybeans extruded. The results showed that the feeding value of extruded soybeans would be relatively high if the inside temperature is controlled within the range of (165±5)℃, pressure about 0.4 MPa , moisture about 17% and die-hole diameter at 5 mm.
