摘要
通过对国产PHG135干法膨化机的结构改造,以糊化度、电耗、产量等为经济技术指标,研究了PHG135的内部结构变化及不同工艺参数等对膨化乳猪料品质的影响。结果显示用改造后的膨化机生产膨化乳猪料,其产品质量及经济指标可达:糊化度≥40%,产量≥20t/h,电耗≤21kW·h/t。
Taking degree of starch
gelatinization,power consumption and output of extruder as parameters, the effect of processing
technology on expanding piglet feed was studied after PHG135 extruder had been refitted.It was
shown that the degree of starch gelatinization for the expanding feed could reach over 40%,the
output of the refitted extruder was over 2.0 t/h. The power consumption was less than 21 kWh per
ton feed.
