摘要
目的 :探讨眶壁爆裂性骨折的CT征象及治疗方法。方法 :回顾性分析 9例眶壁爆裂性骨折的CT表现与临床资料。结果 :7例手术治疗 ,2例保守治疗 ,均取得较好的效果。结论 :CT扫描是诊断眶壁爆裂性骨折的首选检查方法 ,可根据CT征象决定治疗方案。
Objective:To explore the CT features for blowout fracture of the orbit and its therapy.Methods:CT features and treatment of blowout fracture of the orbit were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Of 9 cases,7 cases were operated and 2 cases were given reserved therapy,all the results were satisfactory.Conclusion:CT scan is the first choice of examinations for blowout fractures,the therapy should be determined according to CT features.
