摘要
目的 :探讨外伤性眶壁骨折的治疗方法。方法 :本组共 32例 ,其中 2例保守治疗 ,余 30例于鼻内窥镜下手术复位治疗 ,使其复视、视力下降、眼球内陷均得到较好的矫治。效果 :30例中 ,19例眼球内陷 ,2 8例复视 ,30例视力下降 ,经治疗眼球内陷及复视均消失 ,视力都有不同程度的提高。结论 :鼻内窥镜下手术复位眶壁骨折并回纳疝出的眶内容物是治疗外伤性眶壁骨折的有效方法。
Objective: To report the treatment method of the traumatic orbital bone fracture. Method: Thirty\|two patients were treated in our department from February to November, 2000. Thirty cases (26 males and 4 females, ranging in age from 23 to 58 years old) underwent replacement operation by nasal endoscope, and two cases were treated by conservative treatment. Among 30 cases, 29 were enophthalmos, 28 diplopia and 30 cases all appear deterioration of vision. Result: After treatment, the enophthalmos and diplopia were cured in all 32 cases, the vision recovered in 28, improved in 4. Conclusion: Our result showed that the orbital fracture replacement by nasal endoscope and recoiling the hernia of orbital contents were valuable way for treatment the traumatic orbital bone fracture.
