摘要
目的 :探讨CT在机械性眼外伤中的应用价值。方法 :使用SomatomCR型CT机对 75例机械性眼外伤患者进行横断位、冠状位扫描 ,采用骨窗和软组织窗对CT图像进行分析。结果 :75例中眶壁骨折 6 4例 ,眼球缩小或变形 3例 ,眼环不连续 3例 ,玻璃体积血 4例 ,晶状体脱出 2例 ,球后血肿 7例 ,外伤性白内障 2例 ,视神经增粗 7例 ,眼外肌增粗、移位17例 ,球内异物 2例 ,眶内积气 2 8例。结论 :CT检查可较全面地观察机械性眼外伤后眼眶及内容物的损伤情况 ,为临床处理提供重要依据。
Objective:To explore application value of CT in trauma of eyes.Methods:CT had examined 75 patients with trauma of eyes using transverse and coronal plane scanning and was analysed with bone and soft window.Results:There were orbital fracture for 64 cases,eyeball reduced or distorted 3 cases, discontinous eyeloop 3 cases,corpus vitreum hematoma 4 cases,lens protrusion 2 cases, post eyeball 7 cases, trauma cataract 2 cases,optic nerve increased 7 cases, eye muscles increased and displaced 17 cases, foreign body in eyeball 2 cases, emphysema in orbit 28 cases in total of 75 cases.Conclusion:CT scanning was important for clinical therapy because it can overall show trauma of orbit.
