摘要
从活性链霉菌 6 6 0的发酵液中 ,经溶媒萃取 ,硅胶制备薄层层析及 ODS等分离得到化合物 4和化合物 6 ,通过理化性质研究和 UV、IR、MS、1 H- NMR、1 3 C- NMR、DEPT、1 H- 1 H COSY、1 H- 1 3 C COSY、HMBC等光谱分析确定化合物 4为 N-乙酰基酪胺 (N- acetyltyramine) ,化合物 6为 3-丙基 - 7-甲基 -六氢吡咯 [1,2 - a]并吡嗪 - 1,4-二酮 (3- propyl- 7- methyl- hexahydropyrrolo[1,2 - a]pyrazine- 1,4- dione)。
From the fermentation broth of streptomyces 660 strain, antagonists of IL 1R was isolated by solvent extraction, precoated silica gel thin layer chromatography and ODS column chromatography. The physico chemical properties of compounds were determined by means of spectral analysis of UV, IR, MS, 1H NMR? 13 C NMR?DEPT? 1H 1H COSY? 1H 13 C COSY?HMBC. Their structures were elucidated, as the compound 4: N acetyltyramine, the compound 6: 3 propyl 7 methyl hexahydropyrrolo pyrazine 1,4 dione.
