摘要
以重组ｓＩＬ－１ＲＩ为靶点建立其拮抗剂的筛选模型，从微生物的代谢产物中筛选天然来源的拮抗剂。对活性菌株链霉菌１３９ 的代谢产物进行了提取、分离纯化、鉴定和活性测定。经各种数据确定其中具有拮抗作用的物质１３９Ａ为多糖。药理实验证明体内有效。
Based on competitive receptor ligand binding assay, a new bioassay for screening IL 1R antagonists has been developed. It has been used in screening of a novel IL 1R antagonists from actinomyccetes. Streptomyces 139 is an active strain, one of whose metabolites is a strong sIL 1R antagonist, which is characterized as a polysaccharide.
