摘要
根据Fe^(3+)与植酸的定量反应和与磺基水杨酸的显色反应,建立了植酸的分光光度测定法。将植酸与过量FeCl_3反应,剩余Fe^(3+)在pH为2.2条件下与磺基水杨酸显色,在500nm波长处测吸光度。该法检测范围为0~40μg。通过对棉籽饼、谷物等多种植物种子中植酸含量的测定表明,该方法与测磷分光光度法无显著性差异。
A spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of phytic acid,based on the quantitative reaction between ferric ions and phytic acid and the color reaction between ferric ions and sulfosalicytic acid. After reacting with phytic acid, ferric chloride reacted with sulfosalicytic acid (pH=2.2), and then the absorbance was measured at 500nm. The measurement range of this method was 0~40μg/ml. Measure-ment of phytic acid content in many kinds of plant seeds or bran (cottonseed cakes,cereals) demonstrated that there was no remarkable difference between this method and the spectrophotometric method for measuring liberated phosphorus. It is a simple, rapid,accurate, and widely used method, especially applicable to continuous determination of a large number of samples.
