摘要
分别观察了褐藻氨酸对实验动物大鼠、猫和家兔的降压作用。结果表明,静脉注射褐藻氨酸100mg/kg在麻醉大鼠降压29.3±10.2%,在麻醉猫降压21.8±6.8%,在清醒兔降压14.2±14.2%。降压作用在麻醉大鼠呈明显的量效关系,且不产生快速耐受性。
The observations of hypotensive actions of laminine on different experimental
animals showed that, with 100 mg/kg intravenous injectious, laminine caused the blood
pressures of anaesthetized rats, cats and conscious rabbits to decrease 29.3±10.2%,
21.8±6.8%, 14.2±14.2% respectively. A positive correlation was shown between
hypotensive effect and dosage of laminine on rats. There was no tachyphylaxis wit
repeated sequent intravenous injections of laminine during a short period on rats. h
