摘要
针对传统的 Sol- Gel法制备钛酸铅纳米晶水解速率慢、焙烧温度高、制备周期长等不足 ,首次采用在溶胶中直接加甲醇水溶液水解和新鲜凝胶直接焙烧的方法 ,实现了钛酸铅纳米晶的低温、快速合成。用 TEM观察了钛酸铅纳米晶的形貌和尺寸 ,并用 XRD法测定了钛酸铅纳米晶的结构 ,还测定了不同粒径钛酸铅纳米晶的拉曼光谱 ,确定了各光学声子模的归属 ,发现 A1 (1TO)声子峰的多重劈裂特征 ,支持了
The usual Sol Gel method for the preparation of lead titanate nanocrystals was improved in this paper.The hydrolytic process of lead acetate and titanium isopropoxide sol system was promoted by addition of methyl alcohol solution with certain concentration and amount.The fresh gel was directly calcined to finish the transformation process of gel to lead titanate nanocrystals.Thus,lead titanate nanocrystals were prepared successfully by improved Sol Gel method at low temperature and in high speed.Morphology and sizes of the nanocrystals were detected by SEM,and structures were determined by XRD method.FT Raman spectra of the nanocrystals of different grain sizes were measured and all optical phonon modes were assigned.The result indicated that the A 1(1TD) phonon appears to be sphit into multiphle peahs which supported the anharmonic ribration model proposed by Foster et al.
