摘要
以溶胶-凝胶法合成了不同La含量(0≤x≤0.2)的Pb1-xLaxTi1-x/4O3(PLT)纳米晶,研究了组成、焙烧条件对晶胞形状和晶粒度的影响,讨论了晶粒度、La含量与晶格常数和四方畸变度的关系。
Lanthanum - modified Lead Titanate nanocrystal materials Pb1-xLaxTiO1-x/4O3(PLT) were prepared from a Sol-Gel Method. Various thermal conditions have beenused for getting different size of particles. The lattice constants, c/a ratios of PLT powders getting different size of particles. The lattice constants, c/a ratios and grain sizesof PLT powders were determined by using XRD method.
