摘要
介绍了国内外磁场热处理对钢材组织影响的最新研究结果 ,并进行了电磁场对相变形核及晶粒长大影响的动力学分析。利用自行设计的电磁场装置 ,在GLEEBL— 15 0 0热力模拟实验机上进行了电磁场对形变及随后相变过程影响的实验研究 。
The latest results achieved about studies on the effects of the electromagnetic field on the microsturcture and properties of steel during the magneticfield heat treatment in China and across the world are introduced.an rinetic analysis is also made on the effect of electro-magnetic field on the crystal nucleation and growth during the phase transformation.Based on the above mentioned understandings an experimental study is carried out on the influence of the elctromagnetic field on the refinement of mild steel during the hot deformation and subsequent phase transformation using the self designed electromagnetic field device on a GLEEBL-1500 simulation machine,and good results obtained accordingly.
