摘要
观察、分析了在磁场热处理条件下磁场对传热的作用。研究结果表明 :在磁场热处理铁素体钢或珠光体钢时 ,磁场能够显著地促进钢的传导传热、加速钢材的冷却、细化铁素体晶粒。磁场还能促进钢材的均匀冷却 ,缩小钢材表面与心部冷却速度的差异。
The effects of magnetic field on heat conduction of ferritic and pearlitic steels in the magnetic field heat treatment were studied. The results showed that magnetic field can raise the ability of heat conduction, accelarate the cooling rate, decrease the ferritic grain, and raise the ability of homogenous cooling.
