摘要
研究了09CuPCrNi和09CuPTiRE耐侯钢采用直接亚温淬火,台阶淬火和台阶淬火+低温圆火等双相化工艺处理后的组织和性能。结果表明,这两种钢经双相化处理后,与同等强度的高强度低合金钢相比,具有更好的综合性能和冷成型性能,并保持与普通耐侯钢相同的耐大气腐蚀性能。可以认为,采用双相化处理工艺是发展高强度,高冷成型性耐侯钢的一种有效途径。
Two atmospheric corrosion resistant steels 09 CuPCrNi and 09 CuPTiRE were treated into dual-phase state by critical quenching and step quenching. In the dual-phase state, the mechanical properties and the cold formability of them are higher then those of commercial high strength low alloy steels and meanwhile the atmospheric corrosion resistance are maintained at the same level. So that, the dual-phase treatment may be the effective way for development of high strength, high cold formability atmospheric corrosion resistant steel.
