09CuPCrNi耐候钢双相化的研究 被引量:8

摘要 研究了 0 9Cu PCr Ni耐候钢的热处理双相化工艺及双相化后的组织与性能。结果表明 ,0 9Cu PCr Ni耐候钢热处理双相化后 ,其显微组织由多边形铁素体和不规则的岛状马氏体组成 ,780℃淬火时的双相钢具有较高的强塑性及良好的冷加工成形性能 ;0 9Cu PCr Ni双相钢的耐蚀性能比热轧态稍有提高 ,同时具有良好的焊接性能 ,其热影响区抗拉强度为 6 2 7MPa,相对于热轧态提高了 2 1%。 The dual-phase treatment and corresponding microstructure and mechanical properties of steel 09CuPCrNi have been studied.The results show that the microstructure of 09CuPCrNi steel after dual-phase treatment is characterized by equiaxed ferrite matrix and irregular island-shaped martensite.The favorable mechanical properties and cold formability can be obtained after quenching at temperature of 780 ℃.The weldability of the dual-phase steel is superior to the commercial hot-rolled products and the atmospheric corrosion resistance property is maintained at the same level.
