摘要
研究了高强度锌铝合金的熔炼工艺、机械性能和金相组织,并探讨了合金超塑性预处理工艺,进行了超塑性拉伸试验,获得最大延伸率可达900%,合金具有良好超塑性。
The melting process, mechanical property and microstructure of high-intensity zinc- aluminium alloy are researched, the pretreatment process for its superplasticity studied and the superplasticity tensile test conducted. The alloy has excellent superplaticity with the largest coefficient of elongation being 900 percent.
