摘要
将冷挤压成型工艺应用于ＺＡ－２７合金中，进行了ＺＡ－２７合金替代牌号为ＱＳｎ６．５－０．１锡青铜制造纺锭锭底的研究。结果表明，经扩散退火处理的ＺＡ－２７铸造合金适用于冷挤压成型方法，经强化处理的ＺＡ－２７合金，其摩擦磨损性能比ＱＳｎ６．５－０．１锡青铜提高５倍以上。扩展了ＺＡ－２７合金的成型方法。
Cold extrusion processing is first applied in the ZA-27 alloy, and the study of the spindle base made of ZA-27 alloy instead of Qsn6.5-0.1 tin bronze is made. The result of the investgation shows that ZA-27 alloy annealed is suited for cold extrusion processing method. The antifriction and wear property of ZA-27 alloy strengthened by heat treatment is 5 times more than that of Qsn6.5-0.1 tin bronze. The new processing method of this alloy is advanced, and the application field in industry is widened.
