摘要
研究了Ni(naph)_2-Al(i-Bu)_2OC_8H_(17)—BF_3OEt_2体系催化丁二烯聚合动力学行为。聚合速率随Al/Ni增大而增大,Al/Ni>10后,速率变化趋于平缓。在最佳Al/B=0.5条件下,研究了聚合速率与单体、主催化剂浓度及温度的关系,分别求得了催化剂的利用率、活性中心浓度和增长链平均寿命等动,力学参数,及其随温度的变化规律。该体系属快引发,逐步增长类型。聚合速率方程为:表观活化能为37.85KJ/mol。
The kinetic behaviour of butadiene polymerization with Ni(naph)_2-Al(i-Bu)_2(OC_8H_(17))-BF_3OEt_2 catalyst system was studied. The results showed that the rate of polymerization increased gradually with the increase of the molar ratio of Al/Ni.When the molar ratio of Al/Ni was greater than 10,the change of the rate of polymerization tended to slow down. When Al/B was within 0.2-0.6, the rate of polymerization seemed to be unchangeable. Under these conditions the relation of the rate of polymerization with the concentration of monomer and master catalyst as well as temperature,was also studied,And the kinetic para meters(the efficiency of catalyst,the concentration and expectation of life of the active center) were obtained. The catalyst system was considered to be of the type of rapid initiation and gradual growth.The rate equation of polymerization can be as followsThe apparent activation energy was 37.8KJ/mol.
