摘要
研究了Ni(naph)_2-Al(i-Bu)_2(n-OC_8H_(17))-BF_3·OEt_2[简称Ni-Al-B];[Ni(naph)_2+Bd]-Al(i-Bu)_2(n-OC_8H_(17))-BF_3·OEt_2[简称(Ni+Bd)-Al-B]和[Ni(naph)_2+Bd]-Al(i-Bu)_2(n-OC_8H_(17))-(BF_3·OEt_2+乙酸异戊酯)[简称(Ni+Bd)-Al-(B+EI)]三种催化体系的三元陈化液的配制及其在加氢汽油中对丁二烯的聚合行为。分别考察了Al/Ni、Al/B、Ni/Bd比等因素对催化活性的影响,结果表明:加小丁油(即在所用的油溶剂中加入微量的丁二烯)于三无陈化液中,可使陈化液稳定而不影响聚合活性;B-EI预混,在高Al/B比时增溶效果显著;Ni-Bd预混、B-EI预混均可大大加宽Al/B比的适宜范围;B-NMR谱表明,B、EI间存在交换反应。
The aging process and apparent effect of the three-component aging systems of Ni(naph)_2-Al(i-Bu)_2(n-OC_8H_17)-BF_3·OEt_2,(Ni(naph)_2+Bd)-Al(i-Bu)_2(n-OC_8H_(17))- BF_3. OEt_2 and(Ni(naph)_2+Bd)-Al(i-Bu)_2(n-OC_8H_(17))-(BF_3·OEt_2+CH_3COOC_5H_11) have been dealt with respectively. The behaviour of butadiene polymerization with these three kinds of catalyst systems and hydrogasoline as solvent was in- vestigated. The interaction between BF_3·OEt_2 and EI was studied by the method of NMR. The results show that addition of small quantity of butadiene can make the aging systems more stable. Addition of EI to BF_3.OEt_2 can increase the dis- persivity of BF_3·OEt_2 and enlarge the suitablt range of AI/B ratio. The three aging catalyst systems all exhibit good activity. The results of ^(11)B spectra of NMR show that there exists reaction between BF_3·OEt_2 and EI.
