摘要
研究了Ni(naph)2─Al(i—Bu)3─BF3·ROH催化体系引发了二烯聚合的动力学行为,得到了不同条件下的各动力学参数、表现活化能和频率因子,从动力学角度研究了分子量调控机理。
The kinetics of butadiene polymerization with Ni (naph) 2-Al(i-Bu)3-BF3·ROH catalytic system was investigsted.The results revealed that the system behaved as a kind of polymeric system with quick initiation,steppy propagation and no termination. In the incipient period of polymerization,the order of polymeric velocity to monomer concentration was 1;there existed chain transfer reactions to monomer and BF3·ROH,which accounted to be 59. 3 % and 40. 7% of total transferation opportunities respectively and the order of each one was 1 approximately. The apparent activation energy was 19. 7 KJ/mol, which was the lowest value of all Nickel catalystes that ever discovered. The Al/B mole ratio was the key factor controlling both the polymeric activity and the molecular weight.
