摘要
本文通过对生玉米对生性相关分析和遗传效应分析 ,初步探究了对生玉米的遗传变异规律。结果表明 :同一世代不同发育时期对生性相关极显著 ;不同世代的对生性随世代增加 ,相关密切程度愈高 ;玉米对生性受显性基因控制 ;对生频率的广义遗传率为 37.5 9% ,达 0 .0 1显著水平 ;对生玉米的主要农艺性状基本符合高产玉米杂交种的要求 ,遗传率达显著或极显著水平。对生玉米杂种优势可以利用。
The genetic Variability of oppositifolious maize was analyzed in this paper. The results showed that the correlation of the oppositifolious character between different developmental stages at the same generation was significant, and it was getting more obvious with the advance of generation. Oppositifolious character was dominant. According to the results of dillel analysis of 7 quantitative characters, the heritability of oppositifolious character, grain yield, 1000 kernel weight and kernel rows was, respectively, 37.59%, 79.30%, 77.69% and 49.42%, which were all significant at 0.01 level.
