摘要
本文以离子注入的烟草种子所培育的烟株为试验材料 ,研究了人工接种花叶病毒 (TMV)和黄瓜花叶病毒 (CMV)后烟叶中有关生理生化指标的变化。结果表明 :病毒侵染后烟草叶片电解质外渗率增大 ,但离子注入后烟草的电解质外渗率增幅小于对照 ;病毒侵染后烟草叶片的超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化物酶 (POD)、硝酸还原酶 (NR)的活性及叶绿素含量均有所下降 ,但离子注入后烟草的上述酶活降幅较小 ;CAT活性在接毒后呈先低后高的变化 ,而对照在接毒后 10天该酶活性高出离子注入烟草 2倍多 ,随后剧降 ,到接毒 2 5天时仅为离子注入处理烟株 1/ 2。烟草种子经离子注入后 ,上述内源保护酶的活性在病毒侵染后能长时间的保持较高活性 ,这对烟草抗病性的提高十分重要。
Physiological and biochemical index changes of tobacco leaf being infected TMV and CMV were studied by testing tobacco strain whose seeds having been injected ion. The results were as follows: Being infected virus, the electrolyte exosmosis rate of tobacco leaf was increased , while the increase rate of the leaf being injected ion was less than that of the control. The activities of SOD?POD?NR and the chlorophyll content were decreased ,while the decreasing rates of the ion injected leaves were less than those of the controls. The CAT activities were decreasing at first, then began to increase . while the activities of the control was doubled 10 days after infected virus, then began to decrease markedly and was only half of that whose seed being injected ion. Tobacco seeds` being injected ion, endogenous protective enzyme aboveementioned were keeping higher activities for a long time after having been infected virus. It was so important to improve the tobacco resisting virus.
