有机胺(PTMAC)对盐胁迫小麦幼苗抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:4

摘要 旨在研究有机胺(PTMAC)对盐胁迫小麦幼苗叶片内源保护酶活性及叶绿素、可溶性蛋白含量的影响,采用不同浓度的PTMAC进行种子浸泡和叶面喷施处理,并在幼苗两心一叶时进行100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫。结果表明,与未处理的样品相比,不同浓度的PTMAC均能显著提高盐胁迫下幼苗叶片中SOD、POD和CAT的活性,同时降低MAD的含量。PTMAC为10 mg/L时,MDA降低了12.21%;PTMAC为20 mg/L时,SOD、POD、CAT活性分别提高了434.71%、194.49%和227.27%,叶绿素含量提高了24.4%;PTMAC为50 mg/L时可溶性蛋白提高了12.68%。结果显示,在试验浓度范围内(PTMAC为20 mg/L),能大大地提高盐胁迫小麦幼苗叶片中内源保护酶的活性,提高叶绿素和可溶性蛋白的含量,从而提高小麦的抗氧化能力,改善光合性能,促进其生长。 In order to investigate the influence of PTMAC on the activity of internal source protective enzymes,chlorophyll and content of soluble protein in wheat leaf,seeds,and leaves were treated with different concentrations of PTMAC,respectively,and seedlings were stressed under 100 mmol/L NaCl.The results showed that compared with the untreated wheat,the inoculation with PTMAC greatly increased the activity of SOD,POD,CAT,and decreased the content of MDA of wheat seedlings.When the concentration of PTMAC was 10 mg/L,the content of MDA decreased by 12.21%.When the concentration of PTMAC was 20 mg/L,the activity of SOD,POD,and CAT were increased by 434.71%,194.49%,and 227.27%,respectively,and the content of chlorophyll increased by 24.4%.When the concentration of PTMAC was 50 mg/L,the content of soluble protein increased by 12.68%.Therefore,20 mg/L concentration of PTMAC was effectively increased the activity of internal source protective enzymes,the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein,which improved the oxidation resistance,photosynthetic and growth of wheat.
