摘要
目的 :探讨针刺镇痛与全脑cAMP和cGMP含量变化之间的关系。方法 :运用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)测定大鼠电针前后 ,全脑组织中cAMP和cGMP含量的变化。结果 :电针 30min提高大鼠痛阈的同时 ,使全脑cAMP含量显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective: To explore the relationship between acupuncture analgesia and the contents of cAMP & cGMP in the whole brain of rats. Methods: The contents of cAMP & cGMP rats before and after electroacupuncture(EA) were detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results: The content of cAMP in the whole brain of rats is lowered remarkably (P<0.05) while the threshold of pain arises after EA for 30 minutes. Conclusion: The central cyclic nucleotides may probably participate in acupuncture analgesia.
