摘要
1目的 探讨针刺镇痛与全脑 c AMP和 c GMP含量变化之间的关系。 2方法 运用放射免疫分析法 ( RIA)测定大鼠电针前后 ,全脑组织中 c AMP和 c GMP含量的变化。 3结果 电针 30 min提高大鼠痛阈的同时 ,使全脑 c AMP含量显著降低 ( P<0 .0 5 )。
Objective To explore the relationship between acupuncture analgesia and the contents of cAMP & cGMP in the whole brain of rats. Methods The contents of cAMP & cGMP in the whole brain of rats before and after electroacupuncture(EA) have been detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA).Results The content of cAMP in the whole brain of rats is lowered remarkably (P<0.05) while the threshold of pain arises after EA for 30 minutes. Conclusions The central cAMP & cGMP may probably participate in acupuncture analgesia.
