摘要
Objective: To examine the effect of depression on the prognosis of stroke patients. Methods: 64 stroke survivors with depression and 48 stroke patients without depression were examined with HAMD, and their clinical features were compared 1,6 and 12 months after stroke. Results: The stroke patients with depression showed much more symptoms and recovered slower than those without depression. Conclusion: Depressive emotion has negative effect on prognosis of stroke.
