自发性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛发生机制的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 自发性蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)年发病率为6~7/10万^[1],是临床上常见的出血性卒中类型。除发病初期的高病死率外,后期幸存者神经和认知功能障碍的发生率也比较高,其中SAH后脑血管痉挛(cerebral vasospasm,CVS)作为SAH后最严重的并发症之一,其发生率高达30%~90%。
