摘要
目的调查脑血管意外病人的心理状况及提出心理护理对策。方法2002年1月～2004年3月采用Zung氏焦虑、抑郁自评量表(SAS、SDS)对93例脑血管意外病人进行调查,并计算出百分率。结果74.4%病人有自卑、挫折心理;65.9%病人有孤独;59.8%病人存在焦虑;53.7%病人存在抑郁;54.9%病人敏感、猜疑心加重;47.6%病人依赖性增强。结论脑血管意外病人存在不良的心理问题,应采取针对性的心理护理对策,使病人积极配合治疗及护理,促进康复。
Objective To investigate the mental status of cerebrovascular accident patients and put forward the corresponding mental nursing countermeasures. Methods From January 2002 to March 2004, 93 cerebrovascular accident patients were investigated by SAS and SDS, and percentage rates were calculated. Results Seventy-four point four percent patients had self-abasement and frustration mentality, 65.9% patients had feeling of loneliness, 59.8% patients had anxiety, 53.7% patients had depression, sensitivity and leary mentality aggravated in 54.9% of patients, dependence reinforced in 47.6% of patients. Conclusion Cerebrovascular accident patients had mental problems with different degree. Corresponding mental nursing can promote recovery of the disease.
