摘要
以氯苯为原料 ,合成了对氯苯磺酰氯。产品收率达 87%以上。在氯磺化反应中引入了四氯化碳溶剂 ,在反应后期加入氯化钠。用正交实验确定了最佳原料配比 :n(氯苯 )∶n(氯磺酸 )∶n(氯化钠 ) =1 .0 0∶ 3.0 0∶ 0 .0 4。改进后产品收率由 80 .5 7%提高到 87.68%。本工艺原料利用率高 ,废弃物排放量小。
Chlorobenzene sulfonyl chloride was synthesized with chlorobenzene as raw material. The yield of product was over 87%. In the reaction of chlorosulfonation carbon tetrachloride was used as solvent, adding the sodium chloride in later stage reaction. The optimal molar ratio of reactant was chlorobenzene∶chlorosulfonic acid∶sodium chloride=1.00∶3.00∶0.04. In this improved technology, the yield of product was raised from 80.75% to 87.68%. Utilization ratio of raw material is higher, and waste material is lower.
