摘要
以氯苯为原料,以四氯化碳为溶剂,经氯磺化、氨解合成了4-氯苯磺酰胺。在氯磺化反应后期加入氯化钠,氯苯磺酰氯收率由80.57%提高到87.68%。物料稀释温度和氨解打浆温度由5℃提高到15℃,4-氯苯磺酰胺收率由75%提高到80.26%。原料利用率高,废弃物排放量小。
Chlorobenxene sulfonyl chloride was synthesized with chlorobenzene as a raw material, carbon tetrachloride as a solvent through chlorofulfonation and aminolysis. Sodium chloride was added in the late reaction stage, the yield of the product was raised from 80.57% to 87.68%. Both the dilution temperature and temperature of the aminolysis beating have been raised from 5℃ to 15℃,the yield of 4-chlorobenzene sulfonamide was raised from 75% to 80.26%. Utilization ration of raw material is higher, and waste material is lower.
