摘要
探讨了神经网络方法用于国防 R&D项目评估及中止决策的可行性 ,提出了基于神经网络方法和加权评分模型相结合的适用于国防口 R&D项目评估及中止决策的决策支持系统 .进而 ,对决策支持系统的结构模块进行了系统分析和详细设计 .案例研究表明 ,该中止决策支持系统较传统的中止决策方法有一定的优越性 ,能适应多种不同情况的中止决策问题 .
The aim of this study is to reveal and resolve the existing problems of the evaluating and terminating decision methods for national defense R&D projects. In accordance with this aim we explore the feasibility of neural network to evaluate and terminate an ongoing R&D project. A framework of decision support system (DSS), which combines the neural network with traditional weighed scoring model for the termination purpose, is proposed. The design for the DSS is further described in detail. Finally, an empirical study is presented to show how the system can be applied to termination practice. The results of the study show that the suggested system can improve the decision quality.
