摘要
信息化的评估方式是提高科研项目评估效率和质量的重要手段。本文首先构建了基于层次分析法的科研项目绩效评估体系和模型;然后基于.Net框架,对项目绩效评估系统的流程和功能进行了设计;最后给出了该系统主要功能模块的实现过程。
Hi-Tech evaluation skill is the most important method to improve the efficiency and quality of Scientific Research. In the first part of this paper, evaluation architecture and model based on AHP for Scientific Research Project are introduced with synthesized theory. On basis of that, the key process and function of the evaluation system are designed. At last, the process of the mostly functional models is presented in detail.
