摘要
提出了适用于 R&D项目中止决策的 Hamming神经网络方法 ,用初等数学知识证明了Hamming神经网络算法迭代的收敛性 ,并论述了该方法对正在实施的 R&D项目进行模式识别的可行性 .
An improved Hamming neural network is presented in the paper. Furthermore, the authors explore the possibility of the Hamming neural network to identify attributes of an ongoing R&D project. This study attempts to develop a method to make decisions on R&D project termination in an effective manner. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified by an example.
