摘要
植物激素作用时间的不同影响着烟草离体叶器官的再生,实验表明:在加有0.05 mg/L NAA和2 mg/L的KT的MS培养基上,烟草离体叶芽的分化于激素作用的一定时间内达到最佳状态。在有0.05 mg/L KT和2 mg/L NAA的MS培养基上,激素的短期作用有利于离体叶上根的形成。而一直在含激素的培养基上生长的离体叶,其芽的分化率反而低。
The paper describes a phenomenon that different work period of plant hormone affect organogenesis from tobacco plant. The test results showed that Percentage of seedling formation from tobacco leaf explant was high at a certain period of plant hormone application on MS medium applied 0.05mg/L NAA and 2mg/L KT while percentage of seedling formation was lower comparably under the effect of plant hormone continually. However, a short period effect of plant hormone was efficient to root formation on MS medium applied 0.05 mg/L KT and 2 mg/L NAA.
