摘要
对枥木三樱椒下胚轴愈伤组织诱导进行研究 ,结果表明 :BA(6 苄基腺嘌呤 )和NAA(奈乙酸 )的几种配比对三樱椒下胚轴愈伤组织的诱导均具良好的作用。在NAA浓度一定 (2mg/L)的条件下 ,随BA浓度升高 ,愈伤组织的诱导率下降 ;激素组合NAA 2mg/L +BA 0 1mg/L对愈伤组织诱导效果最理想 ;
This article makes a study about callus induction from the hypocotyl of Capsicum annuun L.Var.conoides(Mill)Irish.The result showed:All of the combinations of NAA and BA are able to well induce callus from the hypocotyl of Capsicum annuun L.When the concentration of NAA is limited (2mg/L),the rate of callus induction decreases with the increase of BA concentration.Combination of NAA 2mg/L+BA 0.1 mg/L is the best one for callus induction.The higher rate of NAA/BA,the more roots the callus formats.
