摘要
用鸡新城疫中国标准强毒F48E8及国外标准强毒Hert33、AG68人工感染鹅,可以使鹅感染发病,F48E8攻毒组发病率100%,死亡率50%(9/18);AG68、Hert33攻毒组发病率明显低于F48E8攻毒组和JS2/98/Goose攻毒组,死亡率分别为6%(1/15)和0%(0/15)。对照组健康,且扑杀时平均体重明显高于攻毒组。实验证明:新城疫中国标准强毒株F48E8等毒株可以使鹅发病,症状和病变都与文献中所报道的鹅副粘病毒病相同。
:In order to investigate the epidemiology of the recent outbreak of the goose Newcastle disease(GND)in China,We carried out two experiments to explore the pathogenicity of the reference challenge strain F48E8 and two virulent strains AG68 and Hert33 from international reference laboratory in the goose.In the first one,105 ELD50F48E8 was inoculated to RongChang goose alone,It caused 50% goose dead.In the second one,F48E8 strain and AG68,Hert33 in the same dose were inoculated to the new Yangzhou goose.F48E8 challenge caused 100%morbidity and 50% mortality in the infected geese,in contrast,variations of morbidity from 40%~60% and mortality from 0%~6% were observed in AG68 & Hert33 challenge birds.The control geese were healthy and had much higher mean weight gains than all 3 challenged groups.The results showed that the three reference virulent NDV strains of chicken origin all could produce clinical disease in the goose,however the virulence varied from strain to strain.
