摘要
对新近分离到的鹅源禽副粘病毒 GPMV/QY97-1株的生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明 ,该病毒粒子在电镜下呈球形 ,直径 1 2 1~ 2 50 nm,表面有纤突 ,能凝集鸡的红细胞 ,血凝反应能被 I型禽副粘病毒阳性血清所抑制 ,由此初步判定该病毒属于 I型禽副粘病毒。该病毒人工感染 1、1 4、2 8、4 8日龄的鹅 ,发病率均为1 0 0 %,致死率分别为 1 0 0 %、87.5%、62 .5%、1 2 .5%;人工感染 2 5日龄的鸡 ,发病率和致死率均为 1 0 0 %;
The biological characteristics of an avian paramyxovirus isolate, strain GPMV/QY97 1 showing pathogenicity to geese, were characterized. The results were as follows: spherical virons 121 250 nm in diameter and surface covered with spikes were observed under electron microscopy. The virus could agglutinate chicken erythrocyes, and the hemagglutination reaction could be inhibited by standard antiserum of paramyxovirus 1. So the virus was identified as paramyxovirus 1. The morbidity of 1,14,28,48 day old goose challenged with GPMV/QY97 1 was 100% and the mortality was 100%、87.5%、62.5%、12.5%, respectively. Both the morbidity and mortality of 25 day old chicken challenged with GPMV/QY97 1 was 100%. But ducks appeared to be not affected in artificial infection.
