摘要
本文通过PCR分析及Southern杂交技术对抗除草剂转基因红麻进行分子水平上的验证 ,结果表明 :外源抗除草剂基因已整合入红麻基因组。
This paper used PCR analysis and Southern blot to verified transgenic .H.cannabis of herbicide resistance, the result show that the exotic herbicide resistanc bar gene was integrated into genome of .H.cannabis. .H.cannabis.
