摘要
本文讨论了亚麻过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱分析的适宜方法,在此基础上对利用花粉管通道技术进行的亚麻外源DNA导入后代进行了过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱分析。结果表明:DNA导入后代与其受体的酶谱差异明显,主要表现为酶谱带数的不同和谱带染色深浅的差异。由此表明外源DNA片段(或基因)已整合到受体基因组中,并得到表达。
This paper discusses the proper methods to analyze peroxidase isozyme patterns of flax.and on the base,peroxidase isozyme patterns of the progenies derived by introducing exogenous DNA into flax through formed passage of the Pollen tube are analyzed. The results indicate that the isozyme Patterns of the transfered progenies are different from the recipients,which is shown by the number and the stainning degree of isozyme bands. This indicates that exogenous DNA segments have inserted into genomes of the recipients plants and have expressed.
