摘要 为回收高密度聚乙烯装置尾气中的烃类组份 ,经过试验 ,筛选出对烃类有良好选择吸附性能的活性炭吸附剂 ,为进一步改善活性炭的吸附性能 ,采用不同方法改性 ,改性活性炭吸附乙烯性能有显著提高 ,乙烯的平衡吸附量由3 45mmol/ g提高至 5 5mmol/g ,混合气通过吸附剂床层时乙烯的穿透时间由 2 6min延长至 The adsorption properties of C 2H 4?N 2 and other gases on different kinds of adsorbents were investigated by gravimetric method.It is found that activated carbon,especially activated carbon Ⅲ has high adsorption and selectivity than other adsorbents,which can be used to remove N 2 and recover organic gases from the vent gas of HDPE plant.Three methods were adopted to improve properties of activated carbon.It is shown that adsorption properties can be improved greatly with Cu(NO 3) 2 solution modification,the breakthrough time of C 2H 4 has been prolonged from 26 min to 42 min on modified activated carbon,and recovery of C 2H 4 gases reaches 85%,while the volume percent of N 2 in recovered gases is less than 5%.
