摘要
讨论以活性炭负载Cu(Ⅰ)为原料,添加适量稀土化合物制备稀土复合吸附剂的条件,以及变压再生的可能性,测定了不同的CO分压的动态穿透曲线。实验及工厂侧线试验结果表明,稀土复合吸附剂可用于变压吸附过程净化氢氮气中CO,被净化气体中CO含量可降至1mg/m3以下,该吸附剂性能稳定,具有工业应用价值。
The preparing
conditions of a complex adsorbent, activated carbon with supported Cu(Ⅰ) and suitable amount
of rare earth compounds, were given. The dynamic breakthrough curves of carbon monoxide
adsorption at different pressures show that the adsorbent are suitable for the removal of carbon
monoxide from hydrogen nitrogen mixture by pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process. The
plant online tests indicate that the purified hydrogen nitrogen gas has less than 1 mg/m 3 of
carbon monoxide after a PSA process filled with the rare earth complex adsorbent, and the
adsorbent has stable performance and potential for industrial application.
