摘要
对烷/烯比较小( 4.5:1)的混合C4为原料的气相烷基化反应进行了研究.考察了 Hβ沸石及改性后制得催化剂上反应条件及改性方法对反应性能的影响.结果表明随着反应 温度的升高三甲基戊烷/二甲基己烷值增大,这说明催化剂上的烷基化反应选择性和氢转移 能力增加;进料空速增大C8产物选择性增大,但丁烯转化率降低;经超强酸改性后制得的 SO42-Fe2O3 /Hβ-Al2O3催化剂具有较高的活性,烯烃转化率平均为 13.88%;加入 La2O3后催 化剂的烷基化反应稳定性增加.
This paper studied the gas-Phase alkylation of C4 mixed feedstock, in which the molar ratio of isobutane and butene was relatively smaller(4.5:1 ).The effects of reaction condition and the method of modification on the alkylation performance of the catalyst were researched. The results indicated that the weight ratio of trimethylpentanes and dimethylhexanes was increased with raising of reaction temperature, which showed that alkylation selectivity and the hydrogen transfer ability of the catalyst were enhanced. The selectivity of C8 was increased with raising of weight hourly space velocity, but the conversion of butene was reduced. After modified HB-Al2O3 by superacid, SO42--Fe,23 /Hβ-Al2O3 catalyst had higher activity; average conversion of butene was 13.88%. In addition, the addition of La2O3 component could improved its stability.
